Way Machining & Hand Scraping
Allow us to Hand Scrape your machines to align components within millionths of an inch, allowing for consistently-held, tight tolerances and to create oil pockets for your machines. Hand scraping also allows flatness to have 8-10 contact points per square inch. This prevents rocking, allows for true flatness in parts and adds balance when tightening.
Turcite/Rulon Application
Allow us to apply Turcite or Rulon to your machine's guideways for precision machining and minimal wear and play. Turcite offers a high resistance to chemical wear and corrosion over a wide temperature range. Rulon plastics offer low coefficient of friction, excellent abrasion resistance, wide range of operating temperatures, and chemical inertness.
